수영장도 너무좋고 조식도 맛있고 주변에 놀거리도 많아요 앞에 비치도 깨끗하고 가깝고 뷰가 좋아요 짱이에요

위치, 시설, 서비스 다 좋아요. 해변과 수영장도 최고입니다. 다음에 또 푸꾸옥 오면 노보텔 오고 싶네요.
특히 다른 호텔에서 물건을 분실하고 왔는데 Khanh Linh 이 적극적으로 도와주셔서 다행히 찾았습니다. 레이트 체크아웃도 도와주셔서 출국비행기 시간까지 호텔에서 편하게 머물렀습니다.

처음 프론트에 와서 체크인할때부터 너무 친절하게 잘해주시고 시설들도 좋았습니다 룸서비스로 시킨 피자 햄버거 스프링롤 파스타 모두 맛있었고 방안에서 바다가 보이는 뷰도 예쁘고 함께있는 수영장도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다 근처에 스파나 야시장이나 투어할것들이 있어 위치도 좋았구 아침 조식도 맛있습니다 음식도 다양하고 커피도 너무 훌룡했습니다 좋은날 좋은시간 보내게 해주셔서 감사합니다

두번째 푸꾸옥 방문에 선택한 노보텔
다양한 방들로 고민이 많았고 막상 와보니 더좋아서 방을 바꾸고싶었습니다
처음 먼저 예약했던 한국 사이트에 문의했지만 부정적인 답변만돌아 왔는데 노보텔 푸꾸옥 직원분이 영어도 못하는 저에게 너무친절하게 변역기를 돌려가며 세심한 상담을 해주었습니다
다소 까다로운 요청을 세심하게 들어주셨고 최고의 룸을 배정해주기위해 많이 애써주셨어요
체크인 후 불편사항이 없는지 방이 맘에드는지 연락도주시고
혼자온 해외여행이 덕분에 든든하고 행복했습니다
