Thank you for taking the time to share your experience after your stay at A.Roma Lifestyle Hotel.

At the time we are replying to your review, we would definately share the feelings about public tranportation as, we agree, they do not run frequently as expected in a city as big as Rome is..
You might understand that, being a municpality service there isn't much we could do to make its use or access easier for hotel guests.
To avoid such situations we offer a shuttle bus to the main attractions in Rome for only 5€ per person or we can call a taxi to shorten distances whose cost in generally around 25/30 €.
Unfortunately, 95€ reaaly seems like an unfair rate..

As far as the pool access is concerned, we would like to specify for you and for future guests that ourtdoor pool is accessible until 8pm while the indoor pool, as part of the relaxing area of the spa, is accessible to children and teenagers for 2 hours in the morning.

There is another issue that we would like to verify with you about the breakfast. We decided to include it for all our guests so no charge is applied. We would like to know the circumstances under which the payment was required. as it is not due (except in case you order room service). Feel free to write us directly and we will discuss it with the involved departments.
