I’m quite surprised of your comment about the reception staff. As you can see from the other reviews, their service is always highly appreciated and praised by our guests. We are used to offer a tailormade service in order to meet our guests needs and expectations, we love pampering our customers and let them feel at home.
However, I’m sorry to learn that you didn’t have a positive perception. Unfortunately your comment is too generic and doesn’t mean anything to us. I would like to understand if there was a particular staff member who was not able to communicate you our usual attentiveness and I would be very grateful to you if you could email me with more details about your experience.
