서비스가 정말 좋았습니다 다음에 또 오고싶습니당~ 친절하고 깨끗하고 시설도 정말 좋습니다 조식에 종류가 정말 많았고 에프넌티가 두사람당 하나씩줘서 푸짐하고 다양하게 많이많이 먹었습니다! 커피는 아이스커피도 맛있었고 카페 모카도 정말 맛있었습니다 수영장에 물이 계속 공급되는것도 짱이였습니다 직원들이 친절한게 정말정말 최고였습니다 알마호텔 짱!!

모던한 우드톤의 인테리어가 첫인상부터 깔끔한 느낌이었어요. 타 리조트 대비 넓은 면적의 룸이 너무 좋았어요. 대부분의 직원들이 영어로 의사소통 하는데 불편함이 없었고, 모두 친절했어요. 특히나 Kakaotalk GEM을 통해 자녀의 쿠킹클래스 예약도 쉽게 할 수 있었고, 체크아웃 하는 날 공항 샌딩 시간도 확인해주니 너무 좋더라구요. 직원 Quyen이 feedback 주어서, 리조트 이용하는 내내 편했습니다.

가족들과 즐거운 시간을 보내고 갑니다 ^^ 키즈 카페가 있어서 너무 좋네요. 친구들이랑 잘 놀고 엄마들은 좀 쉴 수도 있어요 ㅎㅎ 키즈카페 직원들이 다들 친절하고 아이들을 좋아하는 모습이 진심으로 느껴집니다. 다른 직원들도 친철합니다 ^^
