신혼여행 패키지로온 호텔인데 결혼축하로 케익도 주시고 루프탑에 바하고 수영장이 있어 수영도 할수있고 바에서 맥주한잔과 멋진야경도 볼수있어서 좋았습니다.직원도 친절하고 밝게웃는모습에 저까지 기분이 좋아지는 곳입니다.숙소에서 해돋이도 볼수있고 미케비치가 가까워서 산책하기좋고 중간중간 간식먹을곳도있어 시원하게 맥주한잔까지~좋은추억많이남기고갑니다~^^~~~~~

직원들이 굉장히 친절함 미케비치가 보이는 오션뷰 좋음 수영장이 맨 꼭대기층에있고 수영하면서 맥주랑 음식을 시켜먹을수 있어서 좋았음
조식도 좋음 조식먹으면서 VY직원의 웃는얼굴과 싹싹함 커피도 미리물어보고 가져다주는 센스 좋았습니다

7월30일 하루 숙박했었는데 너무 만족해서 다낭 여행중 일부러 8월9일 하루 더 묵었습니다. 메리어트 플래티넘 멤버라서 룸 업그레이드를 받기도 했었지만 멤버가 아니더라도 충분히 지금 가격에 호텔 서비스라면 강추합니다. 직원분들 과하지 않게 최대한 접객 서비스 태도도 좋았으며 룸 수영장 헬스장 시설도 바다 전망으로 힐링할 수 있겠끔 잘 돠어 있었습니다. 특히 토요일 시푸드 뷔페는 시간 된다면 꼭 강추 합니다. 해산물 종류나 신선함이 가격대비 너무 좋았구요. 한국 메리어트 호텔들과 비교하면 급만 높고 고객 많다고 혜택 축소하는 경향인데 많이 비교가 된다고 생각듭니다.

1) 체크인 안내 불만 예약한 사항(룸 타입 등) 대한 설명과 재확인이 없었고 체크인 시간전 도착하여 여권 확인 등을 하였음에도 불구하고 체크인시간인 3시에 룸키를 요구하였으나 앉아서 기자리라고 하고 고층 배정을 요구하였으나 제대로 설명없이 40분 넘게 기다렸음. 대기석도 부족하고 불편함. 단체 손님이 너무 많아 시끄러움.
2) 체크인시 사우나 이용시간은 안내 받았으나 락커 미운영에 대해 안내받지 못함
3) 사우나 이용을 위하여 방문하였으나 스텝이 없고 락커 사용방법을 몰라 리셉션에 전화 문의하였으나 여자 사우나실에 남자 스텝이 들어와 락커키를 줌.
어디서 락커키를 받을 수 있는지 영어로 물어봐도 전혀 대응이 되지 않음
4) 여자 사우나실에 남자가 스텝이 들어와 수건 정리를 하는 등 보안시스템이 전혀 되어 있지 않아 불안해서 사용할 수 없음
5) 오션뷰를 예약하였으나 저층배정으로 해변 모래가 더 많이 보이고 옆에 공사현장 뷰였음.

Safety of our Guests and Associates is our foremost priority, I have no excuses on what happen in the lockers and sauna. This do not reflect our commitment to standards.
I take all comments very seriously and I have personally talked to the relevant department about your experience, more training for all the associates on proper communication and procedure with guests are in process.
