객실관리는 청결하게 되어 있었고 직원들의 태도도 훌륭합니다. 위치는 다리하나만 건너면 시내와 시장과 연결되었고 호텔 뒤에 쇼핑센터도 있어 접근성이 뛰어납니다. 설날(구정) 전날 밤 자정에는 객실에서 불꽃놀이도 구경할 수 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 불편사항이 있으면 성실하고 끝까지 해결하려는 직원들의 모습이 돋보였습니다. 아래 층에서 누군가 담배를 피는지 화장실에서 담배연기 냄새가 난다고 했더니 최선을 다해 해결하려는 모습을 보여주었고 프론트에서 부터 짐을 나르는 직원, 수영장 직원들까지 모두 친절한 모습을 보여주었습니다. 아침 호텔 조식도 맛있고 가족여행이든 친구들끼리든 머무르기에 좋은 호텔이라고 생각합니다.
