Our High Note SkyBar is indeed a stunning place to unwind and enjoy panoramic views of the city. We appreciate your choice to have drinks in the Café Liszt, and we'll consider your feedback about reservations to make the process more convenient for our guests.

As for the Liszt Studio room, we are grateful for your comments on the size and natural light, as these are aspects that many of our guests appreciate. We apologize for the dim lighting in the bathroom, and we are actively looking into ways to improve this to ensure a more comfortable experience. Furthermore, we have noted your comments about the shower head in the room. Rest assured we will be seeing to the change and upgrade of this facet of the room.

If there are any faults in the room, our 24-hour reception team is happy to assist in resolving any inconveniences. For our guest's comfort, we are happy to personalize bedding and provide various pillow options such as feather, anti-allergenic, or memory foam.
