도심속인데 휴양지에 온 느낌입니다. 일층에 있는 the library라는 곳도 맛있고 부모님 모시고 왔는데 여기 직원들이 너무 친절히 잘 챙겨줘서 좋네요. Som, Pla, Ploy, Oat 직원들 너무 친절해요. 도움을 많이 받았습니다. 또 식사하러 가겠습니다. 식당에서 도움 뱓은 일말고도 리조트 자체도 휴식늘 취하기에 안성 맞춤입니다.

이 숙소 때문에 방콕 여행 갔다고 해도 될 만큼 너무 예뻤어요 🧡
직원분들도 다 친절하시고 룸 컨디션도 깔끔하고 조식도 너무 맛있었습니다 ㅠㅠ
24시간 스테이까지 완벽했는데요 !! 제가 오후 7시에 체크인하면 그다음날 오후 7시에 체크아웃할 수 있는 거더라구요 한국은 비행기편이 애매하니 마지막 날은 유사톤에서 편히 쉬다 공항 간다는 생각으로 잡으시면 좋을 것 같습니다 ㅎㅎ 위치가 안쪽에 있지만 택시가 안 잡히는 건 아니라 큰 문제 없었어요 다음에 방콕 여행가면 꼭 또 갈 거예요 !!

체크인 시간이 2시이나 제가 원하는 방을 위해 체크인이 1시간 반이나 늦어졌습니다.. 조금 아쉬운 점이에요. 자전거도 핸들이 돌아가있거나 바퀴가 바람이 다 빠져있는데 수리가 되면 좋을 것 같아요. 그리고 첫 날 저녁에 리셉션 직원이 조식의 경우 레스토랑을 이용하면 추가 비용을 내야한다고 했었는데 아니었어요. 어플에도 조식을 선택하면 레스토랑의 경우 THB가 추가 되는 것처럼 오인될 수 있던데 그 점이 개선됐음 좋겠네요.
객실 관련 팁: 유사톤 근처에 도보로 10분 거리에 코인세탁방 있어요 그리고 그 옆 마사지도 잘함

I would like to begin by thanking you for your very kind words regarding your time with us and both me and my team are delighted you enjoyed your stay.
It has been brought to my attention that your recent visit with us was not up to our usual exacting U standards and I would like to offer my genuine apologies for this. Providing the highest levels of hospitality is our overwhelming aim and hearing we have fallen below that standard is something I would like to address immediately.

호텔이 시내랑 좀 멀긴 하지만 전체적으로 조용하고 깨끗해서 좋음.
숙소 시설은 조금 노후되긴 한 것 같지만 지내기 불편한 정도는 아님.
24시간 숙박이 정말 좋고 저녁 늦게 떠나야 해서 걱정했는데 체크아웃을 늦게 할수있으니 너무 큰 장점임.
늦잠 자서 조식시간이 훨씬 지나서 일어났지만 조식도 언제든지 이용가능해서 오후에 수영하면서 못먹었던 조식을 시켜먹었음.
저녁은 체크아웃 전 1층 레스토랑에서 먹었는데 음식도 깔끔하고 맛있고 직원들도 너무 친절하고 남편이랑 오붓하게 좋은 시간 보냈습니다.
