2019년 12월 이후로 다시 방문한 베드 님만 인데 룸 컨디션 및 서비스는 좋았습니다
직원분들 친절 하고 위치도 한적하니 좋았고 밤에 테라스 통해서 보던 야경도 좋았습니다
다만 3년전에 비하면 조식이 단촐해 지고 그냥 그랬던....
미니바(사이다 및 콜라)도 무제한 공짜 이고 물은 복도 및 1층 냉장고에 간식과 함께
비치 되어 있어서 물 걱정 없던~
다음에도 가격이 괜찮게 나온다면 재 방문 하려고 합니다~

무엇보다 친절한 staff이 최고였습니다. 처음 체크인할때 부터 미소와 함께 반겨주었고 머무는 기간 내내 오늘 계획은 어떤지 묻고 필요한 정보를 적절하고 상세히 알려주었습니다. 외부에서 돌아오면 오늘은 어땠는지 묻는 곳은 당연하지요.
조식때도 활기차게 분위기를 만들었고 수영을 할때나 밤에 간식을 이용할 때도 친한 친구처럼 대해줬어요.
수영장 관리도 훌륭했고 조식도 훌륭했으며 24시간 이용할 수 있는 커피, 물, 컵라면, 과일, 간식이 항상 정성스럽게 준비되었습니다.

그리고 친절한 staff중에서도 Ms Pear에게 특별히 감사드립니다. 지금까지 여러나라를 여행했지만 최고의 staff입니다. 다시 BED Nimman hotel에서 만나고 싶습니다.

이런 호텔이 3성급이라니 5성급보다 더 친절하고 좋아서 안타까운맘이 들 정도네요.^^
일단 친절하고 또 친절합니다.
오너가 외국인이여서 그런지 직원들 서비스교육이 잘 되어있고 젋은 스탭들이 밝고 자유스럽더라구요.
로비에는 늘 챙겨먹을수있게 물이나 음료등이 있고 외출후 아이스크림도 줬어요.
이틀예약을 했는데 첫 날 밤에 에어컨에 문제가 생겨 물 떨어지는 소리때문에 잠을 못자서 11시반경에 전화를 했는데 그 밤에 즉각적으로 기사가 고치러왔어요.
임시방편이라 방을 옮겨달라고 했지만 풀부킹이라 어쩔수 없이 그냥 자야했어요.
그런데 다음날 아침 로비에서 매니저가 와서 사과하고 첫날비용은 안받고 룸업그레이드를 시켜준다고 하며 사과하더라구요.
세상에 바로 얼마뒤엔 호텔 오너가 와서 사과하더라구요^^;;;;;
쿠킹클래스를 끝내고 돌아왔더니 쓰리룸으로 업그레이드를 해줘서 편하게 지내다 왔어요^^
베드시리즈 호텔이 성공할수 밖에 없는 부분이더라구요.
즉각적인 대처와 사과에 오히려 미안할 정도 였어요.
다음 기회에 치앙마이에 다시 간다면 당연히 베드시리즈를 택할거에요.
위치, 친절도, 청결, 안전... 모든게 완벽한곳입니다.

테라스에서 아래를 내려다보면 수영장이 보이고 고개를 들면 비행기가 날아갑니다. 아주 잠깐 눈이 마주쳐도 환하게 웃는 직원들이 인상적이었습니다. 올해 안에 또 방문할 것 같습니다.

젊고 친절한 직원들, 로비에 여유있게 준비된 생수, 각종 간식과 커피가 치앙마이를 따뜻하게 느끼게 하였다. 태국 전역을 자주 여행하며, 방을 몇개씩 예약하다보면 각 방마다 편차가 심해서 복불복이라는 생각이 들 때가 있는데, 이곳의 방4개는 있을 건 다 있었다. 다양한 종류의 아침식사도 딱 입에 맞았다. 이곳에서 5일 있다가 올드시티에 더 비싼 호텔로 이동했는데, 여행멤버들이 이곳 베드님만을 그리워했다. 치앙마이의 좋은 첫인상은 바로 이곳 때문이다. 친절했던 직원들에게 감사하다.
