위치가 너무 좋아요! 바로 호안끼엠 앞이라 다니기 너무 편하고 좀 더 안전한 느낌이예요 서비스도 매우 친절하고 좋구요!
한국어하는 직원이있어서 의사소통이 편하게도ㅔ요
조식은 메뉴가 많지는 않지만 깔끔하고 먹을만합니다
단점은 방이좀 많이 어두운 편입니다 여성분들 화장하시기엔 불편하실수 있어요
또 창문이 없는 방들도 있으니 잘 확인해보시고 예약하시는게 좋을것 같습니다

I am extremely pleased to know that you highly recommend our hotel and that you very much enjoyed not only the central location, and the breakfast at the Rhythms restaurant but also the excellent service you received from the team members. They are indeed extremely knowledgeable, friendly and a wonderful asset to the hotel. Regarding the comment about the light in the room, we have well noted this and addressed it to our Relevant Department for improvement. Meanwhile, we are sorry for any inconvenience it has caused you. We very much look forward to your return and to continuing to exceed your expectations by ensuring you have a great time in Hanoi.

너무 너무 좋고 깨끗하고 하노이 최고네요다음에 오면 도 오고 싶어요.하노이 호텔중에 최고네요.꼭추천합니다.다음에 오면 다시한 들리겠습니다. 베트남 에서 여러곳에서 맛사를 받았지만 직원도 친절하고 마사지도 훌륭한 곳중에 한곳이네요.호텔도 맘에들고 호안키엠 근처라 접근성도 너무너무 좋아요...........
내일 다시 와서 받고 싶어요.......

완전 추천합니다!! 한국 사람은 한 명도 못 봤고 외국인들이 많은 호텔인데 서비스가 진짜 친절하고 루프탑 바가 있어요!! 스파에서 마사지 받을 수 있어서 진짜 좋고 완전 추천합니다 :) 룸이 깨끗하고 원하는 거 다 들어주시고 선물도 주세요! 위치도 관광지에서 가깝고 호텔 근처에 맛집도 많고 좋아요~! 조식도 맛있고 뷰도 좋습니다!! 오전 시간에 가시면 스파도 할인된 가격으로 이용 가능해요!
