체크인 하는데도 컨시어지 분이랑 프론트 데스크 직원분도 너무 친절하세요!! 호텔 룸 상태도 너무 깔끔하고 따뜻한 물도 잘나와서 만족했는데 진짜 제일 맘에드는건 조식이에요!! 매일 음식이 다르게나오고 쌀국수 맛집에다가 스크램블 에그도 매일 먹을만큼 맛있었어요 ㅠㅠ 조식 서버들도 친절하고 다 알아봐주시는 섬세함에 감동했어요~더 보기

발코니가 있는 스위트룸에 묵었음. 방컨디션 아주 좋고 직원분들도 넘넘 친절해요. 특히 지배인? Don 선생님 정말 잘챙겨주셔서 감사합니다. 2박 지내면서 사소한 부탁 많이드렸는데 다 친절하게 받아주셨어요. 그리고 마지막밤 새벽 비행기라서 짐 맡겨놓고 돌아다니다 피곤해서 다른 호텔에 3시간 짧게 쉬러갔는데 여기 있다가 다른곳에 가니 만족스럽지가 않더라구요. 여기가 너무 좋아서 비교됨. 하노이에 또 오면 재방문 의사 100프로 입니다. 왕추천!

테라스 있는 방으로 2박 예약했는데
룸 컨디션도 좋았고 리모델링을 새러 해서 깨끗한편이고 방도 넓어서 좋았습니다
그리고 조식은 꼭 드세유
쌀국수 맛있고 메뉴 꾀나 많고 맛 괜찮아서
열심히 챙겨먹었습니다~~~
그리고 지배인으로 보이는 don 이라는 분
