영어를 매우 잘하는 직원이 항상 상주해있습니다. 영어를 잘 못해도 소통의 의지가 많으셔서 좋았습니다!
항상 친절하게 대해주시고 살펴봐 주시는 부분이 좋습니다. 침구는 푹신하고 위생적인 측면에서 딱히 나무랄곳이 없었습니다. 위치가 좋아서 우선은 엄청나게 큰 기대없이 이 호텔을 선택하시면 크게 불만족하지 않으실것같아요~ 친절점수 100점입니다!

모바일 
방 청소 상태가 청결하고 조식도 깔끔하게 잘 나옵니다. 무엇보다 직원들이 너무 친절해서 호텔에 머무는 내내 기분이 좋았어요. 위치가 좋아서 관광지까지 이동하기에 이점이 있습니다. 하노이에 오시면 오로라 호텔에 머무시는 걸 추천합니다.

직원들이 아주 친절합니다. 위치도 호안끼엠 근처에 아주 좋고 구석진 골목이 아니라 비교적 큰 도로 앞이라 찾기도 편합니다. 구시가지 관광에 아주 좋은 위치입니다. 조식당 뷰도 좋아요.

사파투어 정거장과 가까워서 선택한 호텔이에요.
사파투어가 취소되는 바람에 호텔에 계속 있었는데 너무 만족했습니다. 직원들은 너무 친절하고 행복을 느끼게 해줍니다. 호안끼엠 관광 중 소매치기를 당해 모든 여행경비를 잃었지만, 나중에 다시 오게 된다면 이 호텔을 선택할 것 같습니다. :]
