클럽 레지던스룸에 묶었는데 라운지 음식도 좋고 직원들도 매우 친절합니다. 특히 라운지 직원들이 매우 친절하셨어요. Nw,Van,Bill, Lan,Hoa, Phuc팀 너무 친절했어요~
이 호텔은 문을 열고 나갈 필요가 없이 도어맨이 다 도와주셨고 하우스키핑 서비스도 훌륭핬어요. 1군에 위치하고 있어서 관광하기도 편했습니다. 약간 오래된 호텔이지만 클럽룸은 리노베리션이 되어있어서 깨끗해요.
숙박 날짜: 2023년 8월이 호텔은 문을 열고 나갈 필요가 없이 도어맨이 다 도와주셨고 하우스키핑 서비스도 훌륭핬어요. 1군에 위치하고 있어서 관광하기도 편했습니다. 약간 오래된 호텔이지만 클럽룸은 리노베리션이 되어있어서 깨끗해요.

아침식사가 정말 좋았습니다. 친절한 직원덕에 더욱 기분 좋은 식사가 되었어요.
특히 huong. Kiet가 친절해 기분이 좋았어요.
그 외에도 Lunh. Khanh,Anh,Wen,My,Cuong,Yen 모두 친절해서 좋았습니다.또 방문할게요.
과일이 신선했어요.
캐슈넛이 맛있고 커피도 좋았습니다.
음식이 부족함 경우 테이블에 직접 가져다주시기까지 하셔서 일행들과 불편없이 식사하였고, 세심한 배려에 계속 감동받았습니다 좋은 추억 만들어주시어 감사합니다

Business trip으로 3주 동안 new world saigon hotel 을 이용하기 되었습니다. 룸 상태도 좋고 직원분들이 매우 친절하였습니다.
특히 Thuy, Julie, Luicd + bill, daisy
이분들이 잘 해주었습니다. 좋은 경험을 할 수 있었고, 다음에 다시 베트남 호치민에 오게 된다면 new world saigon hotel을 이용하고 싶습니다.

베트남은 처음이라 많이 낯설었지만 친절한 직원분들 덕분에 한국 못지않게 잘지냈고 스파시설, 헬스장, 라운지바, 수영장 등등 기본적인 시설들이 잘 되있어서 호텔안에만 있어도 모든생활이 가능할정도로 잘 되어 있습니다.
부모님은 7층에 있는 스위트룸을 사용했는데 다음에도 오고 싶다고 할 정도로 좋아합니다.
혹시나 베트남을 다시방문하게 된다면 무조건 뉴월드 호텔에 다시 오겠습니다 그리고 THUY&JASMINE 호텔직원분들 엄청 친절해서 호텔서비스에 대만족 했습니다.
