8월 1일에 새로 오픈한 시설이라서 확실히 시설 좋고 깔끔합니다.
다만 아직 공사중이라서 소음이 있고 직원이 친절하게 대해주려고는 하는데 아직 내부적으로 교육이 덜 되어서 우왕좌왕 하는 면이 있네요.
지금은 부족한점이 많긴 한데 그래도 직원들 내부 교육이 조금 더 이루어지고 리조트 시설과 베가시티가 완공되면 지금보다는 훨씬 좋아지지 않을까 합니다.
완공은 최소한 2년은 걸릴듯 해요

신상리조트라 모든것이 깔끔하고 직원들도 아주 친절합니다. 조식은 부페는 아니지만 만족스러웠으며 숙소도 아주 편안하고 깨끗하고 넓은풀을 가지고 있으서 가족들과 함께 즐거운 시간 보냈습니다.
아직 비치쪽 공사가 완료되지않아 비치를 이용못해서 아쉽지만 나머지 장점들 만으로도 충분히 방문해볼 값어치는 있습니다.
아이가 또 가고 싶다고 난리라 조만간 재방 예정입니다~.

나트랑에서 묵었던 5성급 숙소 중에서 다른 곳과는 비교도 안 되게 최고입니다. 직원분들이 매우 밝고 친절합니다. 세심하게 하나하나 다 먼저 챙겨주시고 불편함이 없도록 도와주십니다.
룸 컨디션 정말 좋아요. 고급스러움이 묻어나고 수영장은 무척 깨끗합니다. 또 하루에 두 번 청소해주셔서 모든 것이 깔끔 그 자체입니다.
음식 맛도 정말 좋아요. 조식, 룸서비스 모두 수준급이어서 다른 곳에서 음식을 먹고 싶지 않았습니다.
아이가 있으면 키즈클럽도 정말 좋아요. 옆에서 계속 함께 놀아주시고 아이도 매우 재미있어해서 매일 갔는데 안 나오려고 했어요.
