오래되어서 그런지 1층이라 그랬는지 모르지만, 매우매우 습합니다. 그리고 직원들이 매우 친절하긴 하나 일 처리 속도가 많이 늦는다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 규모가 어마어마하고 위치나 구조 그리고 시설은 매우 우수합니다. 재방문 의사 100% 있습니다. 특히, 10세 이하 아이동반인 겅우 슬라이드 매우 적당합니다.
객실 관련 팁: 주변에 발리컬렉션몰이 있긴하나 매우 비쌈
마사지, 편의점 등 편의시설 부족

처음 방문했는데 넓은 정원과 수영장, 친절하고 멋진 직원들까지 너무나 만족스러운 호텔임.
특히나 클럽라운지의 직원들은 최고였슴.
Sutrosna, Ariani, Melgen, Yuly, Risma은 정말로 창찬해주고 싶었음.
또다시 발리에 온다면 그랜드하얏트 발리에 투숙할것임.

몇번의 클럽 라운지밖에 경험하지 못했지만, 하얏트 발리 클럽라운지는 그중에서 worst.
음식이 중요한게 아니라, 매니저처럼 보이는 중년 여성의 고객응대가 상식 이하임.
백인들이 입장할때는 환하게 웃으면서 인사를 하지만, 본인이 투숙하고 있는 3박동안은 입장할때 멀뚱멀뚱 쳐다보거나 매우 건조한 표정으로 굿모닝 정도가 전부임
매반 룸넘버를 알려줘야하는 시스템인데, 룸넘버를 알려달라고 묻지도 않고 그냥쳐다보고 있음. 항상 내가 먼저 말해줘야함.
그렇다고 그냥 들어가면 룸넘버 또 알려달라고는 함. 이렇게 기분 나쁜 고객응대는 여러 호텔 중에서도 처음이고, 1~2성급 호텔에서도 본적이 없는 상식이하의 응대였음.
다른 경험만 보면 8,9점이나, 그 스태프로 인해 2점임

볕이 안들어 눅눅한 침실.
킹사이즈 베드룸 이었으나 침대 두개 이어 붙여 놓음.
수영장 물은 순환이 안되어 엄청 지저분함.
바닷가와 가까워 모래를 안 씻고 수영장으로 들어와 모래도 많음.
위치는 좋음.
