아침 7시에 하는 요가 클래스에 참여했어요! 싱잉볼도 함께하고 해를 보면서 챠크라를 경험해보기도 했습니다. 다들 무척 친절하시고, 외국인들과 함께 어울려서 이런 요가 클래스를 듣는 것도 무척 새로웠어요. 여행을 왔는데도 여전히 일상에서 벗어나기 쉽지 않았는데요. 일찍 일어나서 요가 수업을 듣는동안 그런 경험을 했습니다. 마침 비도 안와서 몹시 행복했던…! :) 또 오고 싶어요 발리, 물리아!!!️더 보기
