우수한 컨시어지 서비스, 청결, 만족스러운 조식 메뉴가 있는 호텔입니다 하루전 스노우쿨링을 하고 싶어서 문의드렸는데 가이드를 연결해주셔서 매우매우 만족스러운 체험을 할수 있었습니다 다만 빌라룸이 메인 풀과 메인 식당에서 너무 멀고 일정을 마치고 숙소로 돌아가는 길이 어두워서 조금 무서웠습니다. 가격에 비해 빌라동 수영장이 너무 작은것도 아쉽습니다 숙소에서 바로 공영풀로 연결되는 룸에 묵어도 될것 같아요 또 로컬 메뉴는 바깥...더 보기

가족여행으로 이만한 숙소 없습니다. 깨끗한 시설, 완벽한 서비스, 맛있는 식사, 주변 즐길거리까지 모두 좋았습니다. 체크아웃 후에도 마음껏 수영장과 라운지 이용 후 스파와피트니스 시설의 부속시설인 샤워장(그냥 샤워만하는 곳이 아니라 야외욕탕, 파우더룸도 딸려있습니다)에서 샤워까지 한 후 라운지에서 커피한잔하고 공항으로 이동했습니다! 여행 마지막날 숙소로 이만한곳 있을까요? 최고였어요.

안다즈에서 총 3박 4일 투숙했고 아래와 같이 장점 단점을 정리해 보았습니다.
지극히 개인적인 장점 단점이니 본인의 여행 취향에 맞게 참조 하시면 좋을 것 같습니다.
장점
1) 발리에 최근 오픈한 5성급 호텔로 전체적인 호텔 컨디션이 매우 좋았습니다.
객실 크기, 침대, 욕실 어메니티 등 나무날 곳이 없이 훌륭 했습니다.
2) 투숙할 때는 몰랐는데 매일 무료로 제공되는 생수와 미니바 음료 (콜라, 쥬스)가 제공되는 점은 목마를때 매번 음료수를 사다놓지 않아도 되서 굉장히 편리했어요 (사실 다른 나라에서 안다즈 투숙할때는 미니바 간식 음료수 손도 안대는 사람 이었는데 발리는 왜 그렇게 목이 마른지... 다 씻고 음료수 사러 나가는 것도 일인데 객실에서 음료수 바로바로 부담없이 빼먹을 수 있는거 최곱니다)
3) 수영장
총 세군데 수영장이 있는데 저는 해변 앞 수영장만 계속 이용했습니다.
일단 어린이 동반 투숙객이 없는 건 아니지만 상대적으로 어린이 이용 객이 많은 편은 아는것 같았어요. (애들 튜브가지고 떠다니면.. 뭘 하기가 굉장히 부담스러운 어른 이용객으로서.. -어린이 이용객 많은 리조트 굉장히 부담스러워 합니다)
수영장이 크진 않았지만 선베드는 해변까지 많은 편이었고 선베드를 여유롭게 사용할 수 있는 점이 좋았습니다.
단점
1) Hyatt regency Bail와 부지를 나눠서 새로 조성한 호텔이다 보니 호텔 전체 부지가 작아 정원이나 산책할만한 공간이 많지 않고 조경이라고 할만한 것이 많지 않습니다. 아침에 해변 산책로를 걷는 것으로 충분했지만 전체적으로 정원과 조경이 리조트 호텔 치고 부족해서, 정원이나 조경을 중요시 하시는 분들이라면 참조하시면 좋을 것 같아요.
2) 객실 어메니티 중에 컨디셔너가 너무 퍽퍽한 건지 물이 문젠건지 모르겠는데 저는 머리 감으니까 수세미가 되서 편의점에서 펜틴 컨디셔너 사서 사용했습니다. 하루에 두번도 넘게 샤워를 해대는데 머리가 수세미가 되니까 너무 불편하더라구요. 나중에 갈 땐 한국에서 컨디셔너랑 헤어팩 챙겨 가려구요.
3) 조식
조식이 너무 훌륭했다는 분들이 많던데... 저는 너무 직원 추천 받아 인도네시아식 음식만 시켜서 그런지 모르겠는데.. 저는 조식 그냥 그랬어요...
4) 위치
사누르 해변 자체가 누사두아나 스미냑 해변에 비해서 모래사장에서 뛰어놀고 해변에서 선텐하고 바다에서 물놀이하는 그런 해변은 아닌거 같고요. (그냥..가서 보시면 왜 Fisher`s beach라고 불리는지 아실꺼에요.. ) 저는 원래 바닷물 싫어해서 바다보다 수영장 노는 걸 좋아하는 편이기도 해서 바다에 들어가진 않았지만 바다에서 노는 거 좋아하시는 분들은 사누르보다 다른 쪽으로 호텔 잡는게 좋으실 듯 합니다.
호텔만 안다즈와 발리라는 컨셉에 충실하게 잘 만들어진 호텔이라고 생각하고,
지인에게 추천하라면 저는 추천할만한 호텔인 것 같습니다.

3인가족 풀빌라에 묵었습니다.
룸은 물론 풀 상태도 매우 청결했으며, 식당의 음식도 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 피쉬맨의 메뉴는 하나하나 정성을 담아 만들어주며 맛 또한 최고입니다.
직원들의 응대와 서비스는 완벽합니다.
덕분에 더 행복한 시간을 보냈습니다.
다음에도 발리에가면 무조건 안다즈에 갈거고, 한국에서도 안다즈를 경험해보고 싶어서 연말에 갈 예정입니다!
