Thank you for choosing to stay with us recently. It was disheartening to hear the discomfort that you experienced. Regarding the bed bug issue, I have thoroughly investigated the team involved in that situation. According to them, the minute we were informed, all the sheets changed immediately as requested. Further more to eliminate the problem, we offered to get a doctor's examination and move room, but the offers were refused. Therefore, we do apologize for not being able to resolve the issue thoroughly while you were staying with us. We could not easily confirm it was caused of bed bug as another guest who stayed afterward in the same room did not experience the same. There must be a doctor statement issued mentioned that it was affected by bed bug. In some case it could be a reaction to medication, or may have some kind of autoimmune disorder, that might have develop some kind of reaction to it.
Once again, please accept my sincere apologies for your disappointment and genuinely wish this experience does not deter you from staying with us again, so that we can show you a truly flawless experience.
