졸리의 여자형제인 rosie가 호텔픽업에 온 후 오전에 농장에 들려서 고수, 허브, 상추등 구분하는 방법을 알려주었고 밭갈기, 상추심기, 물길어다 물뿌리기 등 체험을 한 후 현지 카페에 들러 커피를 마셨습니다. 그리고 한시장으로 가서 요리재료를 함께 장보고 졸리네 집으로 갔습니다. 수업은 4가지요리를 진행하였고 요리를 직접 만든 후에 먹었습니다. 맛이 정말 좋았고, 과일후식까지 완벽했습니다. 중간중간 저희가 요리하고 체험하느라 사진을 못찍는 부분이 많았는데 Rosie가 직접 사진을 찍어준 후 카톡으로 전송해주어서 정말 편했습니다. Rosie 성격이 밝고 활발하고 재미있어서 내내 즐거운분위기로 진행되었습니다. 호텔로 다시 데려다 주는것까지 정말 좋았습니다.

농사체험 하면서 농부분도 만나고, 한시장에서 어떤 식재료를 사면 어떤 음식을 만들 수 있는지 생생하게 체험할 수 있습니다.
로컬 커피숍 체험도 로컬분이 아니라면 그렇게 잘 체험할 수 없었을 것 같아요.
졸리와 그 가족이 함께하기때문에 베트남 가족의 따뜻함을 느낄 수 있어요.

10일동안 다낭여행을 하면서 쿠킹클래스 체험은 새롭고 아주 즐거운 시간이었답니다.
Jolie와 한번은 다낭에서 쿠킹클래스를 체험하고 또 한번은 호이안에서 체험했는데요~~
베트남의 문화(유기농농장, 로컬커피샵, 마켓투어-다낭/전통등만들기,마을투어-호이안)를 채험할수 있던것도 기억에 많이 남아요^^
함께 배우며 함께 요리하고, 맛있고 건강한 음식을 먹으며 즐거운 경험이 되었답니다.
다낭 호이안 여행을 하실계획이시라면 꼭 Jolie를 만나시길 바래요~~^^ 강추입니다!!!!

저는 마켓 투어없이 요리만 했는데요
4가지 요리를 만들었어요
요리하는데 시간이 조금 오래 걸렸지만
파파야 샐러드,스프링롤,생선 구이조림,쌀국수
만드는거 마다 다 맛있어서 배불리 맛있게 먹었어요
다른 쿠킹 클래스는 아이가 있으면 참여하기 어려운데
4살 아이도 있었는데
잘 놀아줘서 편하게 있을수 있었어요
픽업차량으로 숙소에서 픽업해서 다시 숙소까지 데려다줘서 이동도 편했어요
