마트에서 호텔까지 타고온 그랩에 휴대폰을 두고 내리는 사건이 생겼었는데 해당 직원분이 친절하게 도와주셔서 잘 되찾았습니다! 감사했습니다 노보텔 다낭 직원들 모두 엄청 친절하시도 조식도 맛있습니다! 빵 종류가 진짜 많고 사람이 많아 음식 회전률이 좋습니다. 그리고 로비나 시설이 깨끗해요!! 룸컨디션도 무난하게 괜찮았습니당 한시장까지 걸어다닐 수 있어서 편했어요!

Ngoc Le와 Phuoc, 너희들은 고객을 매우 세심하게 돌보고, 전문적인 기술을 확인하고, 정기적으로 고객을 방문하고, 특히 우리 일행을 확인하는 날 계산대에 가방을 두고 나왔다. 하지만 Ngoc Le는 보안 부서에 알리고 보관했으며 당사에서 연락하여 고객에게 반환했습니다. 이제 게스트는 접수원 Ngoc Le와 호텔에 감사의 메시지를 보냅니다! 감사!

이 호텔에서 3일 동안 지냈어요. 직원 한 명을 제외하고는 직원들이 다 친절하고, 모든 부분이 좋았습니다. 저는 Thien이라는 직원의 행동에 대해 알리고자 합니다 - 노보텔에 가실 분들은 이 직원을 피하세요.
저는 이 직원에게 바나힐에 가는 호텔 차량에 대해 물어봤습니다. 그는 "그랩 차를 예약해줄게요. 더 싸요. 왕복 비용이 650000동이고, 돌아오기 위해 운전기사가 대기하는 시간은 무료입니다."라고 말했습니다. 그러고 나서 이 직원이 차를 불러줬는데 그랩 앱으로 예약을 하지 않고 본인 친구에게 연락을 해서 저희를 데리러 오도록 하였습니다. 운전기사가 확인시켜줘서 이 사실을 알게되었구요. 바나힐 여행을 마친 뒤에 운전기사가 바나힐에서 저희를 기다리는 대기 시간이 있었기 때문에 왕복 비용으로 950000동을 요구했습니다. 그렇다면 300000동 차액에는 무슨 일이 일어난 건가요? 왜 정확한 가격으로 차를 예약할 수 있도록 저를 도와주지 않았나요? 이 호텔은 그런 행동을 허용하고 동의하는 건가요? 이 직원 때문에 저는 노보텔을 다시 가지 않을 것입니다.
