룸은 깔끔하고 모던합니다. 직원분들도 친절하구요. 최대 장점은 시내 중심가 및 워터프런트에 있어 이동 및 쇼핑이 편리합니다. 인피니티 풀은 작지만 석양을 보면서 수영 할 수 있는 장점이 있습니다. 탑 플로어 층에서는 비싸지 않은 가격으로 석양을 보면서 술이나 식사를 할 수 있구요. 이마고몰 등을 걸어서 이용 할 수 있습니다더 보기

우선 시설이 깨끗하고 조식도 좋아요. 수영장은 하나 밖에 없지만 가볍게 놀기엔 나쁘지 않습니다. 워터프론트 쇼핑몰이 붙어 있어서 편의점 다니기에도 괜찮고요. 직원들도 친절한 편입니다.

호텔 체크인시 안내를 도와주었던 ARNALYN은 상냥하고 친절했으며 라운지 여자 직원 역시도 최선을 다해 우리의 투숙을 즐겁해 해주었다. 체크아웃 후에 우리의 짐을 보관해주고 그랩에 직접 실어주는걸 도와주었던 ALFRED 역시 우리를 미소짓게 해주었다. 시설도 훌륭했으며 요청사항에 대한 응대도 신속하였다. 코타키나발루에서 손꼽을 만한 호텔이다.

수영장도 이쁘고 공항에서 가까우나 비행기 지나가는 소리 굉장히 심합니다. 객실까지 다 들려서 잠을 못 잡니다. 또한 전문적으로 직원들의 교육도 필요합니다. 체크인시 호텔 부대업장에 대한 설명도 안 해줬으며, 사전에 오션뷰. 높은층 요청했으나 무시하고 방 배정해줬습니다. 만실이라는 변명뿐.. 객실변경 안된다고 해서 어쩔수 없이 투숙하려했으나 객실 어메니티도 셋팅되어있지않음(샴푸.린스 등)
투숙전 정말 기대를 많이 했으나 최악입니다!!!
