호캉스즐기기에 괜찮은곳

마젤란에서 2살 6살아이와 함께 4박 숙박함
수영장은 미끄럼틀이 있는곳 수심이 1.2M와 0.9M라 초등생이상이 즐기기에 좋을듯.유아풀과 0.6M풀에도 미끄럼틀이 있었으면 재방문의사 있음
기본룸에 엑베추가하면 클럽룸이랑 별차이없어 클럽룸 예약함. 아빠는 창가붙박이 쇼파(슈퍼싱글크기)에서 자고 아이둘과 엄마는 킹침대에서 잤음
클럽룸 숙박으로 라운지조식과 해피아워 이용했음 여유롭게 식사할수있어 좋았으나 음식은 종류가 적음 (빵, 스프링롤, 소고기국수,달걀프라이 위주로 식사함) 나쁘진않았음
클럽씨뷰인데 수영장뷰로 배정받아 야경은 이뻣으나 밤마다 노래소리 소음있음
북향이라 빨래마르는데 오래걸림
아기침대,침대가드를 요청하는 메일을 두번이나 보냈으나 읽지않음. 방확인후 요청하니 바로 준비해줌.
물은 첫날이후 4개씩 제공.양치와 식기세척에 이용. 먹는물은 한국에서 가져가거나 마트에서 파란 혹은 초록뚜껑생수 사서마심. 아이들이 물갈이해서 고열에 구토했음
샤워필터 필수!!!!! 녹물엄청심함 필터가 고동색이됨
직원응대는 친절하고 괜찮았음
시설은 바닥이 카펫이고 화장실 문이없어 불편함

정말...시끄러운 곳

마젤란은 오래된 건물이라 그런지 현관이 쾅 쾅 닫힌다. 밤 비행기로 오는 사람들이 많아서 밤11시~새벽 2시까지는 잠을 잘 수가 없다. 여기저기 쾅쾅...ㅠㅠ 프론트에도 수차례 컴플레인 했지만 해결해주지 않랐다.
퍼시픽은 옆방과 문 하나로 나눠져 있어서 마치 옆방 가족과 한 방에서 지내는 느낌이다;; 룸 서비스는 정말 맛이 없다.

샹그릴라보다 조아여

샹그릴라랑 수트라하버마젤란 다녀왔는데 마젤란 넘 좋았어요 항구뷰도 예쁘고 수영장 수심도 적당한데 여러가지라서 놀기 넘나 죠음 위치도 시내랑 나름 가깝구여 굿

대형 리조트

수영장과 인공해변, 선착장까지 있는 대형리조트입니다. 마젤란 클럽 스위트에서 숙박을 했는게, 넓고 전망도 좋습니다. 해피아워 때 라운지에서 선셋을 즐길 수 있습니다. 서비스도 친절하지만 글로벌 호텔 체인들에 비해서 약간 떨어지는 느낌이 좀 있습니다.

편안하게 잘 쉬다옵니다!!~♡

부모님과 아이와 떠난 첫 해외 여행을 지인의 소개로 가게 된 코타키나발루. 에어텔은 여행사에 지인분이 계셔서 일부러 이용하였지만 정말 모든건 내가 계획해야했다. 영어를 원활하게 못하다보니 많은 이슈가 발생. 한국인 직원도 있으나 더 한국인인 직원이 있어 알려주려한다. LeiNa 라는 직원은 현지인임에도 영어는 기본 한국어, 중국어도 유창했다. 매력적인 생김과 유창한 한국어, 친절한 응대에 정말 감명 받았다. 따로 공부하였다는 그녀의 열정에 감사하며... 그녀로 인해 다시금 마젤란을 가고 싶고 추천해줄 정도이다. 모든 직원들이 처리에 느린감은 있었으나 친절함에 기분 좋은 곳. (특히 레이나 덕분) Terima Kasih🙏
