모든 서비스는 친절해서 좋았습니다. 따로 부탁하지 않아도 친절하게 잘 응대해주셨고 푹 쉬다가 갑니다. 조식도 매우 훌륭했구요. 하지만 객실에 방충망이 없어 환기에 어려움이 있어서 좀 불편했습니다. 계속 에어컨으로만 지내기에는 좋지 않은거 같았어요. 그래도 나머지 부분이 모두 만족스러워 다음번에 오더라도 또 방문할거같습니다.더 보기

약 1주동안 지내면서 굉장히 편했고 특별히 음식이 한국인에 입맛에 너무 맛있게 조리를 해주네요 ㅎㅎ 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 티비에도 한국 채널이 있어서 편리했고 룸 서비스나 필요한 일이 있을 때 리셉션도 즉각적으오 반응해주고 너무 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 다음에 혹시 또 올 일이 생기면 빈펄 리베라 호텔을 이용할 것 같습니다. 주변 지인들에게도 추첨해주고 싶네요. 감사합니다.

한국어 가능한 직원 있습니다. 직원들 영어 잘하네요.
와이파이 가능합니다. 간혹 끊기지만 사용하는데 큰 불편 없습니다.
전체적으로 시설 깨끗하고 숙박기간 중 불편한점이 없었습니다.

전반적으로 호텔 위치나 부대시설이 괜찮습니다.
남서쪽으로 보이는 또 다른 vin pearl 호텔의
야간 조명도 볼 만합니다.
식사는 한국식 요리가 나오고 간혹 간식거리도
나오니 지낼만 합니다.
호텔 위생상태는 양호하고 대체로 깨끗합니다.
세면도구나 기타 필요한 물품은 프런트로 전화하면
가져다 줍니다. 물론 물은 공짜이고 나머지 개인
기호에 따라 주문한 것은 결재를 해야합니다.
직원들이 친절하고 짧은 영어로도 어느 정도
의사소통이 가능합니다.

출장 목적으로 베트남에 왔습니다. 코로나인해 호텔에서 격리해야되는데 많이 답답할줄 알았습니다. 근데 빈펄 리베라 호텔에서 격리하는동안 너무 좋았고 불편한 느낌이 전혀 없었습니다. 직원 친절하고 한국말 할 줄 아는 직원 ( Phuong) 도 있어서 도움이 필요할때 연락하면 바로 해결해줬습니다. 음식도 맛있었습니다. 너무 너무 좋았습니다. 나중에 기회 되면 다시 가겠습니다.
