We would be interested to receive more information on your breakfast experience with us since most of our guests appreciate not only the amazing location but also the breakfast choices, especially after the re-opening Bali where we add more selections. There must have been something particular disturbing your experience and we are very sorry if this happened.
Over the last two years, with travel restrictions and closed borders, we mostly had guests from within Indonesia and long before the pandemic we welcomed many guests from Asian countries. All expressed their utmost satisfaction while they stayed with us, and many are now loyal repeater guests. Reading your comment that we dislike Korean guests is troubling us greatly and to a certain extend inappropriate because it does not reflect at all our philosophy. Having worked myself in a remote location in South Korea (Gyeongju, Bomun Lake) and being the only western team member, I felt a very similar sentiment but after carefully reflecting, I believe this emotion grounded predominantly in the inability to communicate efficiently due to the language barrier.
