서비스가 말도 안되게 너무 좋아요. 진짜 최고입니다. 푸꾸옥 두번 방문했는데 두번 다 고민없이 리젠트. 음식도 다 맛있고, 시설도 너무 깨끗하고 좋아요. 관리도 정말 잘 됩니다. 어디에서도 느낄 수 없는 극강의 편안함과 고급스러움이에요. 강추합니다.

여름 휴가를 행복하게 보낼 수 있게 해 준 REGENT 직원들의 서비스는 훌륭했습니다.
손님과 소통하려고 노력하고 불편함 없이 도와주려고 하는 메니저 HA와 그의 직원들 DINH과 THU 덕분에 너무 편안한 여행이 되었습니다.
REGENT의 모든 시설도 깨끗하고 멋지고 좋았지만, 호텔의 품격을 높이는 것은 역시 직원들의 서비스와 마인드라는 것을 다시 한번 느끼게되었습니다.

서비스팀 모두가 친절했지만 특히 Regent experience agent app을 이용한 서비스가 매우 신속하고 간편했다. 가장 스마트한 호텔서비스라고 생각되며, 간순히 편리한것을 떠나서 고객이 누릴수 있는 모든걸 호텔도 최대한 누릴수 있도록 도우려는 의지가 보였다. 사소한 것 하나하나 챙겨줬던 Regent 서비스팀 덕에 오랫동안 기억에 남을 여행이었고, 리젠트 자제의 서비스와는 별개이지만 푸꾸옥섬 전 지역의 상수도 수질의 문제는 개선이 좀 필요하다고 느껴짐.
객실 관련 팁: 수영복을 포함한 개인 의복, 처방약을 제외하곤 거의 모든게 준비되어 있는 곳. 제공되는 서비스와 물품을 미리 한번 보고 가면 케리어 무게를 줄이는데 큰 도움이 될거 같아요.

이번 3월의 푸꾸옥 여행에서 가장 좋았던 점은 리젠트 푸꾸옥 호텔에서의 경험이였습니다. 이번이 리젠트 푸꾸옥의 4번째 방문인데 호텔 시설도 완벽했고 무엇보다 직원들의 친절함이 돋보였다. 만난 직원들 모두 친절했지만 특히 리젠트 클럽에서 HA, Lucas, LINH, DINH의 헌신적인 서비스에 깊은 인상을 받았다. 또한 방문할 때마다 신경 써준 MIN과 LINA 매니저님들께 감사드린다.
