Thank you for choosing us as your lodging choice during your recent visit to the Harrisburg/Hershey area. We truly appreciate when a guest offers us feedback of their experience, as it provides us insight on our performance, and gives us the opportunity to make the necessary adjustments where needed for improvement. We are thrilled to read about all areas you found to be great, but our primary focus is on improving in the other areas noted. Carpets are continuously deep cleaned and will continue to be until they are replaced. Cleaning and painting projects are scheduled on a regular basis. I will review the schedule with the department heads, so we can add additional team members to assist when we are busy. I will address the comment about your bathroom light and clock to ensure it’s corrected immediately. It’s unfortunate I was unable to meet you prior to departure, so I sent you a private message in hopes we can discuss your stay further.
